Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancel any time and you stop being billed at the end of the current period. By default, we don't refund the period you've already paid for — you keep access until it ends. We make exceptions for the cases below.

If your plan came with a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Charges only kick in if you don't cancel before the trial ends.

Cancel any time at Settings → Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't pro-rate refunds for the unused portion.

Annual plans get a special exception: if you cancel within 14 days of the initial annual purchase and have not used premium features more than minimally, email us for a full refund.

These are non-refundable once any image has been generated against the credit. If you bought a pack and generated zero images, email us within 7 days and we'll refund.

If you were billed twice for the same period, didn't authorize the charge, or your card was used by someone else, contact us immediately at hello@aiwingman.date. We'll investigate and refund unauthorized charges promptly.

If AI Wingman has an outage that lasts more than 24 hours and prevents you from using premium features, email us — we'll credit a pro-rata refund for the affected days.

Email hello@aiwingman.date with:

• Your account email
• The Stripe charge ID (from your receipt) or approximate date of charge
• Reason for the refund request

We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds appear on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues we can fix faster than a chargeback. Customers who file chargebacks for charges they actually authorized may have their account terminated.
