AI Wingman is a software product that helps adults aged 18+ practice messaging, refine dating-app profiles, and learn to communicate better. The AI generates suggestions; you decide what to send to whom. We do not match you with other humans.
You must be at least 18 years old. By using AI Wingman, you confirm you are 18+ and that using a dating coach is legal where you live.
You're responsible for the email and any payment method you give us. Don't share credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to defraud, or harm others.
AI Wingman Premium bills via Stripe at $9.99/week, $24.99/month, or $149.90/year. Image packs are $1 (single) or $20 (30-pack). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — billing stops at the end of the current period. See our Refund Policy for refund details.
Don't use AI Wingman to harass, threaten, deceive, or impersonate. Don't upload photos of anyone other than yourself, or anyone under 18. Don't ask the AI to produce sexual content involving minors, threats, hate speech, or illegal activity. We can terminate accounts that break these rules without refund.
Suggestions from AI Wingman are AI-generated. They can be wrong, generic, or out of context. You're a grown-up — read what the AI suggests, edit it, and use your judgment before sending it to a real person. AI Wingman is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for human relationships.
You keep ownership of what you write, photos you upload, and chats you have. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process it (run it through our AI providers, store it for your use, show it back to you). We don't sell your content. You can delete your data anytime — see Privacy.
AI Wingman sends prompts and (when you opt in) photos to Google Gemini and OpenAI for processing. These providers have their own terms and process data per their published policies. We don't train on your data and we don't allow these providers to use your data to train their models, where their APIs offer that option.
We may add, remove, or change features. If a paid feature is removed, you can cancel and we'll refund the unused portion of the current billing period.
AI Wingman is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee dates, replies, relationships, or specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Either of us can terminate this agreement at any time. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. If we terminate for cause (abuse, fraud, harm), we may end access immediately without refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (or the state where New Wave Logistics LLC is registered, if different), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
